eSIMUP Data Deletion Request

If you use eSIMUP and want to request deletion of some or all of your personal data, you can contact us by email.

How to request data deletion

In your email, include:

- The email address used in EsimUp

- Your Google account email, if different

- Whether you want to delete your full account data or only specific data

- Any order ID, if your request is related to a specific eSIM order


What data may be deleted


We may delete:

- Account profile information

- Travel plans

- Traveler discovery profile data

- Messages, where technically possible

- App preferences

- Non-essential support or diagnostic data


What data may be retained


Some data may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, accounting, refund, or customer support purposes.


This may include:

- Purchase records

- eSIM order records

- Transaction identifiers

- Fraud-prevention records

- Records required to resolve disputes or support requests


Retention period


Most deletion requests will be processed within 7 days.


Some order, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained for longer where required or permitted by law.
