This Privacy Policy explains how eSIMUP collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the eSIMUP mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:

Travel and eSIM information:
- Selected destination country or region
- Selected eSIM data plan
- eSIM package/order information
- eSIM activation or installation information
- Purchase and order status
Purchase information:
- In-app purchase product ID

- Transaction/order identifiers
- Subscription or purchase history handled through Google Play and RevenueCat
App usage and technical information:
- Device type
- App version
- Operating system version
- Crash logs
- Diagnostic logs
- Network request status
- General app performance data
Social and messaging information, if you use these features:
- Travel plans you create
- Destination, city, and travel dates
- Profile visibility preferences
- Reports, blocks, or safety-related actions
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or precise GPS location unless a future feature clearly asks for permission.

- Provide eSIM data plan browsing and purchasing
- Create and manage eSIM orders
- Show installation and activation information
- Verify payments
- Prevent fraud and duplicate order fulfillment
- Provide customer support
- Maintain account and order history
- Improve app stability and performance
- Enable optional traveler discovery, messaging, and safety features
- Comply with legal, security, and platform requirements
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Google Play and RevenueCat.
We do not collect or store your credit card or payment card details. Google Play handles payment processing. RevenueCat helps us manage purchase verification, transaction status, and purchase history.
4. Third-Party Services
eSIMUP may use the following third-party services:
- Google Play Billing for in-app purchases
- RevenueCat for purchase validation and purchase management
- Firebase Authentication for sign-in
- Firebase Firestore for app data storage
- Firebase Cloud Functions for backend processing
- eSIMAccess for eSIM package availability and order fulfillment
- Google services required by Android and Firebase
These third parties may process data according to their own privacy policies and service terms.
5. eSIM Order Fulfillment
When you purchase an eSIM, we may send necessary order information to our eSIM provider so the eSIM can be created and delivered. This may include the selected package, destination, order ID, and technical activation information.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Sharing
We may share limited information only when necessary to:
- Process payments
- Fulfill eSIM orders
- Provide app infrastructure
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Respond to legal requests
- Protect users, our app, or our business
We do not share your information with advertisers for targeted advertising.
7. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Some data may be stored using Firebase services and other cloud infrastructure. Data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence.

We keep information only as long as needed for:
- Providing the app
- Maintaining purchase and order records
- Customer support
- Fraud prevention
- Legal or tax obligations
- Security and debugging

- Stop using the app
- Request deletion of your account
- Contact us about your personal data
- Disable optional social discovery features where available
- Manage Google Play purchases through your Google Play account
12. Refunds and eSIM Usage
Refund availability may depend on whether an eSIM has been installed, activated, used, expired, or already delivered by the provider. Some eSIM purchases may not be refundable after fulfillment or activation.
